Favia Investment Group is the team name used by Don Favia for his real estate practice under Realty Investment Advisors; it is not a separate legal entity, partnership, corporation, or DBA. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Don Favia and Realty Investment Advisors as applicable to this Site and brokerage services.   • Publicly available information: Property ownership records, transaction history, and contact information from public county records and licensed data providers used in the ordinary course of commercial real estate brokerage.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and may use third-party services such as FormSubmit for form submissions, Google Analytics after analytics consent, and consent-gated embedded content from providers such as Google Maps and YouTube.
