Nearly two decades later, that approach has produced more than $370 million in closed multifamily transactions across 100+ deals and 850+ units. Everything from 4 unit walkups in Mar Vista to 30 unit complexes in Santa Monica. His clients range from first time investors making their initial 1031 exchange to institutional operators repositioning entire portfolios.

2008

First Multifamily Transactions

Closed 4 deals totaling $7.7M in year one, including a 15-unit in La Crescenta and a 14-unit on Western Ave. Established a foundation in apartment building investment sales across Los Angeles.

2014

Broke Into Institutional Scale

Closed $15.7M across 4 transactions including a 17-unit in Santa Monica at $7.2M. Cumulative volume surpassed $36M with 41 units traded that year alone.

2015

Surpassed $100M in Career Volume

A breakout year: 13 transactions totaling $77M, including a 7 building Westside portfolio at $30M (67 units). Crossed the $100M cumulative mark and traded 162 units in a single year.

2018

$50M+ in a Single Year

Closed 19 transactions totaling $46M across 102 units. Dominated the Ramsgate and Reading Ave corridors with multiple repeat sales, cementing deep submarket expertise.

2021

Pandemic Recovery, Record Deals

9 transactions totaling $43.8M including a 20-unit Santa Monica asset at $10.8M and a 19-unit at $8.4M. Cumulative volume crossed $270M.

2024

$350M Career Volume

13 transactions totaling $33.5M, anchored by 605 San Vicente Blvd (30 units, $15M). Surpassed $350M in career volume with 85 units traded.

2025

Launched Favia Investment Group

Established a dedicated practice under the Realty Investment Advisors umbrella. Closed $17.9M across 4 transactions including 12756 Venice Blvd (27 units, $6.2M). Career volume approaching $375M.
