First Ones Out the Door. Set the Template.

These were the first two buildings the owner needed to move from the Westchester portfolio. We'd sold them the whole package in 2018 for development. When the market turned and development stopped making sense, 8716 and 8722 Ramsgate were the first call. We set the pricing, tested the market, and established the template for every sale that followed. Eight units across two buildings, closed the same day. The playbook we built here got used six more times over the next year.
