Final Piece. Portfolio Closed Out.

The last two buildings from the Westchester development portfolio. Fourteen months after the first sale, we closed out the final position. Two triplexes on Reading Ave, November 2024. From the first conversation about the portfolio to the last closing, we moved 16+ buildings across Ramsgate, Reading, and Manchester. Every one of them had its own buyer, its own negotiation, its own timeline. But the result was the same: the owner avoided a distressed outcome and we got every building sold.
