9050 and 9058 Reading were among the final pieces of the Westchester portfolio. Two fourplexes, eight units, same development-turned-disposition story. The owner was getting close to clearing the entire position and we kept the momentum going. By mid-2023 we'd moved over a dozen buildings from this portfolio across Ramsgate and Reading. Each one was its own transaction with its own buyer, but the strategy was consistent: price it right, move it fast, don't let the seller's situation get any worse.
