Sold It. Buyer Rehabbed It. Sold It Again.

We sold 847 Sherbourne in 2022 for $4.15M to an investor who knew exactly what he wanted to do with it. He rehabbed the building, pushed rents to market, and when the work was done he called us back to sell it again. $5M the second time around. That's $850K in appreciation on top of whatever the rehab cost, and the new buyer walked into a turn-key 12-unit building. We handled both sides of the trade.
