These two fourplexes on Ramsgate were part of a larger portfolio we originally sold in 2018 to a developer. The plan was to build. Then the market shifted: construction costs went up, rates went up, and the development pencil broke. The owner needed to move the properties quickly before the situation got worse. We stepped up, priced them right, found buyers fast, and got both buildings closed in the same week. Sometimes the best deal is the one that gets done when it needs to.
